You can expect an integrated massage combining deep muscular work with subtle energy work and gentle stretching to achieve client goals.
Watsu is a unique treatment that I offer with deep gratitude. It provides the body and nervous system space for deep calm while you are held, floated, massaged and stretched in 98 degree saltwater pool. Pure magic!
